Happy Halloween! I only had one trick or treater, but at least I bought candy that I like so I can eat it later. I fulfilled my traditions by having my jack o' lantern on the porch and roasting pumpkin seeds. They turned out golden brown, crispy and delicious.
These look so tasty! We went to a friend's house to carve pumpkins and, of course, they ended up with all of the seeds. :(
