Tuna

My boyfriend is the best cook in the world! I bought some tuna chops and couldn't decide how to cook them. I usually just season and sear them, but he doesn't like large amounts of plain raw fish the same way I do. He coated them in cajun seasoning, seared them and put them on a bed of scallions, red pepper and mandarin oranges. The spicy and sweet went together so well, and I still got my large amount of raw fish. Yum!
