Beets

I am sad I have never eaten beets before in my life. They are good for you and very tasty. I got a few from my boss' garden this year and have been buying them at the Farmer's Market ever since. My favorite way to cook them is to wrap them in foil and bake them like a potato, with a little butter and salt. Matt and I made a dinner of deer tenderloin, garlic red potatoes and beets.
